Single Issue Advice

Single Issue Advice is available for both agency website questions, and advice about your client’s web strategy issues.

The phrase “web strategy” covers a lot of ground. Questions regarding website development, blogging, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media, website analytics, web-based applications and so much more can fall under the umbrella of “web strategy.” Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Single Issue Advice is the perfect way to get that one critical question answered.

The Single Issue Advice Process

Step One: Single Issue Advice begins with framing the issue. Enter your question or issue in the form below with as much specificity as possible. I may ask a clarifying question or two in order to make sure that the one issue focused enough to be addressed under the Single Issue Advice.

Step Two: Credit card payment must be made after framing the issue, and before our initial ten to fifteen minute phone call in which we will further clarify the issue and I will gather more background information.

Step Three: I’ll do a bit of thinking and research as I develop a solution.

Step Four: We have a final phone call lasting between thirty to forty-five minutes to go over the solution and answer any questions.

Follow up: Further clarification of this one issue will be via email, and I ask my clients to be considerate regarding the limited scope of Single Issue Advice–especially since one issue often segues into other related issues. If necessary we can open up another Single Issue Advice engagement to go deeper into related solutions.
